The way to success

Everyone tries to achieve success in his career. However, someone firmly attains his goal while another fails. Why? The one continues his cause to the end through long periods of hard struggling, but the other is easily disappointed or stops halfway.

Good preparation, perseverance and diligence are the three essentials of success. A man of solid preparation and perseverance always has an inflexible spirit. He sticks to his cause no matter how tough it might be. Dr. Sun Yat-sen was such a man. Many of his attempts failed, but he held to his purpose with firmness and finally succeeded in overthrowing the Qing Dynasty. Diligence means steadiness in one’s work and study. Su Qin stabbed himself in order to keep himself attentive to studies. Marx often worked 15 hours a day. Life is short and we have many things to do. Without diligence no one can achieve anything.

I believe that where there is a preparation there is a way, and that success belongs to those who can suffer long years of patient toil and constant efforts.

The way to success
Just as the old saying goes “Good beginning is half done”, illustrating the importance and necessity of the preparation work on the condition that you have the longing for the success .A great proportion of individuals hold the view that preparation makes an essential part of in the process of achievement; on the contrary, the other parts of persons are in favor of the idea that the previous arrangement is a minor factor for success.

The essentiality of the preparation work is able to be accounted by the following example .As a matter of fact, the method accounts more than the results for the majority of situations, For instance, a student who wants to win outstanding academic performance ought to learn the effective and reasonable methods and approaches for memory and comprehension of the subjects such as physics, chemistry, mathematics and so on. The workers in the factories should learn to master the technique of operating the machines beforehand and in this way can they produce the qualified goods and merchandises.

Generally speaking ,Lincoln’s remark “give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four hours sharpening the axe ”reveals the imperative of make preparation .Undoubtedly, only by arranging beforehand can we achieve success whenever we face the perplexing and tough situations.

The Way to Success First essay—stream of thought type

No one has the exclusive way to success. Some say money. Some say love. Others say a house, a car, a child, a degree from a top university—but all are of these are only outward ways to show others that we’re successful. People think that they must have these things before they can be happy, but Scott Achor in “The Happiness Advantage” says that the opposite is true. Achor, who is a professor at Harvard University and who has been teaching the “Happiness Course” for fifteen y

ears, recently wrote this book to show that happiness breeds success, not the other way around. When I read it, it struck a chord with me and I realized that truly positive, happy people always seem to love what they do and who they are with. Even if times get tough, they don’t knuckle under. They persevere and overcome all obstacles.

To me, the way to success is to figure out what you truly believe in and love in life. You should write up a mission statement about how you can contribute to the world by doing what is meaningful to you. Then, you should go after your dream—no matter what it is or if it fits society’s version of a successful reality. Set goals, divide them into specific tasks, learn what you need to learn, do what you need to do and always keep the prize in mind. The way to success is to have a clear vision of your future and know what will make you happy. If you are doing what you love, with people that you care about, and making a meaningful contribution to the world, you will not only be happy, but you will be successful.

The Way to Success

"Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration." And here comes our question, what is the way to success?
A strong will and great efforts are the most essential two keys to the door of success.
Why do people fail to achieve their goal? The reason is that most of them give up halfway due to their lack of a strong will once they encounter any difficulty. A man of a strong will always sticks to his cause no matter how tough it might be.
Would Thomas Edison be such a great man in history if he had done nothing but possessing a strong will? We are all familiar with his story that he had tried one thousand kinds of materials before he finally made his great bulb light up. Without hard effort, Edison might have been a nobody. Without efforts, no one can succeed.
To sum up, a strong will and great efforts can help one open up the way to success. Where there is a will with efforts, there is a way.

The Way to Success

Success is something everyone looks for, longs for and dies for. But have you ever considered what success is? Some may hold that success means one has beautiful life, like pretty house, cool cars and great power. It’s indeed one way to define success. But to me, success is doing something one really feels like doing.
To achieve this kind of success, one has to bear in mind three essential prerequisites, namely knowing where your interest really lies in, possessing the strong will to pursue your interest and having the diligence to realize your dream. In other words, they are “what” “why” and “how” of success. It’s really luckily good for one, especially for the younger generation of today to find their dreams, follow them and in the end, make them come true and become successful.
Although it’s never easy to succeed, progressing with the strong will and diligence towards the right direction, you’ll be the on

Nothing Succeeds Without a Strong Will

As we have read from above, quitting-smoking seems easy, but in reality it is rarely achieved. There is something provoking and interesting in this paradox, just because sword does not wear the stone as dripping water does.

The ability to do something over and over again in a short time may imply its easiness, but in a long run, a lifetime maybe, things turn out to be quite the opposite. Also, as is often the case, one may have obtained all the tools and opportunities to achieve something, but in the end they still fail due to the will shortage.

So how could we avoid the dilemma? Here is the prime condition of success: will and perseverance. Concentrate your energy, thought and mind exclusively on the business in which you are engaged, hang on in there and be patient, for, as Emerson put it, no one can cheat you out of your ultimate success but yourself.

Presently, training schools of various kinds have gained increasing popularity not only for college students, but also for people who have stepped out of the ivory tower. They spring up like mushrooms to cater for people’s craze for certificates. We may wonder: what might be the cause of the craze?

The primary reason, as is known to all, is the fierce competition and contest in the job market as a result of the population explosion. This is true especially after the expansion of college admission. As a result, a master’s degree, let alone a bachelor’s degree, cannot guarantee a job with a decent salary. In this case, an increasing number of youngsters burn midnight oil to pass endless examinations so that they may obtain an edge over others in the fight for desired positions, because they are convinced that the certificate – rewards of the exams – will qualify them for the posts they hope for.

Apart from the competition for jobs, another equally important factor is the desire for knowledge. Some students, study-holics in the eyes of other people, are always craving for new knowledge in diverse fields but afraid to stop halfway in the pursuit. For these individuals, a certificate is a spur to continuous effort. For this reason, they are often seen on the way from one examination to another for a new certificate.

No doubt, hard work for certificates can benefit us in many ways. It can bring us knowledge and access to jobs we desire. But surely a certificate is not everything. It cannot provide us with creativity, which is a must for invention and innovation. It even cannot give us security for a job. The best winner is the training school: they earn millions of dollars from the certificate craze.
