Is Watching TV a Waste of Time为题写一篇作文。
As you can see, many say that watching TV is bad for our study. But I think it's good for us to watch TV because watching TV can make us more knowledgeable. People take different attitudes towards watching TV. Some believe that it is beneficial for us to watch TV . Others, however, hold the opposite opinion.)
In my opinion, we should realize the pros and cons of watching TV.
In my opinion, we have something that we can’t learn at school. Watching TV is a good way to help us to learn this kind of things. 可以改成:Watching TV has many advantages. By watching TV, we have learned something that can’t be learned at school.)On TV, we know more about the news, sciences and so on in many different programs.
“对某人来说方便做某事”表达成: It is convenient for sb. to do sth. “了解”表达成: be informed of sth. On TV,it is convenient for us to be informed immediately of what is happening around the world.) We can also make us fee relaxed when we are so tired by this way. 可以改成: Sometimes after a long time of tiring work, watching TV programs can relax us to some degree.) So I say that watching TV is not only educational but also meaningful.
So watching TV is not only educational but also meaningful.)
However, Watching TV also has some disadvantages. Watching TV too more is bad for our eyes and we will have less time learning the subjects at school. (Watching TV over a long time is harmful for our eyes, and makes us have less time to learn the subjects well at school.)
So it’s important to have a rational plan for watching TV.

I had a experience of helping others to save his life. (I had an experience of saving one’s life.) It was my grandfather.
Last Friday, my dad and mom went out, only my grandfather and I being at home. (最好用状语从句代替几个简单句,可以改成: Last Friday, my parents went out when my grandfather and I were staying at home.) I watched TV at home and my grangfather read newspaper in his room. 两个人同时做某事,可以用while引导的时间状语从句,可以改成: I was watching TV while my grandfather was reading newspaper in his room.) Suddenly, I heard any strange sound from the room of my grandfather. (Suddenly I heard a strange sound coming from the room of my grandfather.) I push the door and discovered my grandfather was lying in the ground, he already lose his consciousness. (1. I pushed the door and found my grandfather lying on the ground, who had lost his consciousness.) I'm very nervous. Then I called 120. And helped my grandfather lied well, I also opened the window. (合并句子:Then I helped my grandfather lie on the sofa and opened the window.) At this moment, the doctor arrived. He said I did well ,I saved my grandfather's life. (合并句子:When the doctor arrived, he praised for what I had done for my grandfather.)
By this matter, I have understood that I also could help people. (概括能力需要加强:I have learned from the accident that everyone has the ability to help others if one tries to do so.)
