　　爸爸的英语基础很差，又不肯好好补习。这不遇上难题了。

　　星期五公司派他单独去接待外国人。爸爸急的像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转。最后他只得赶鸭子上架，聘请我当他的翻译。

　　第二天，我硬着头皮，提心吊胆地跟着爸爸来带了国际机场。只见一位和蔼可亲的金发碧眼的老太太向我们走来，和爸爸边握手边问：“Hello，MrXia，Who‘s she？（你好，夏先生，这女孩是谁？)”爸爸听不懂，只能朝着她傻笑，又轻轻地推了推我，我连忙对爸爸说：“那老奶奶是问你，我是谁。”爸爸愣了半晌，冒出一句：“对啊，快介绍你是谁。”我乐了，笑着回答：：My name is Guo jing jing。I’m his daughter。（我叫郭晶晶，是他的女儿。）”流利的英语让老爸松了一口气。老太太亲热地搂着我说个不停。我真诚地告诉她：“虽然我们初次见面，但我永远默默地祝愿您健康，幸福快乐。”老太太激动地说道：“谢谢你，我也会永远记住在中国有一个可爱的小女孩，名字叫郭晶晶。”
