So far the topic Health and Wealth is concerned hot in a long time. there is no consensus opinion among people. Some think that wealth means everything. To them, having a lot of money can help them to do whatever they want. With a lot of money , they can buy the beautiful house, expensive car, famous brand clothes , and so on. They even have the idea that they can buy happiness with the wealth they own.

On the other hand, I agree with some other people who don’t agree with those people . They believe that Health is more important than wealth. Firstly, you can enjoy a happier life with healthy body than those wealthy people with poor health. Secondly, a healthy body is the foundation for a successful career. Thirdly, a healthy body is of importance for accumulating wealth.

In a word, keeping health first if you want become wealthy. It is well-known that a person can make a large fortune if he has the right opportunities during his life. But if the person suffers from a terrible disease, then no matter how much money he may earn, he will still lead a miserable life. Therefore, health is much more important than wealth.

I agree with it. The wealth is consist of money and spirit. If we are healthy ,we can do a lot of things such as expand our interests ,open our eyes and enrich our life. Study for Diploma or for Knowledge

With the development of the society, more and more people enroll in the postgraduate examination for getting a high diploma. It is believed that high diploma equals to high ability and profound knowledge. Most companies are inclined to hire the people with high diploma. It seems that having high diploma means a better future.

However，some people do not agree with it and they prefer to ability people have. They insist that diploma is only a paper and the ability is vital for your future, even though you did not graduate from a famous university. A diploma, in their eyes, is only the acknowledgment of one’s educational experience rather than a guarantee of one’s ability.

Others and I will back the opinion that diploma is more important than ability on condition that the diploma do not come from special means. Because some one on this condition will make some excuses that they will not study hard，which we do not agree with.

Though They two are not equal , a diploma is nothing but a proof of a short-term study while genuine knowledge needs one’s lifelong devotion.If we are used to and love learning, success is not far from us, and we needn’t do further discussion.

I think it is now relatively not fair and what students do in school can not adapt to the future job. It is dislocated between school and job. In addition, some teacher do not focus themselves on the research instead of earning money. So far it is not in favor for those who want to do some real researches .

2、 What do you think some one who is with low diploma can play an important role ?

It tell us do not give up though you are in low level. People can live a happy life with a sunny heart and positive attitude towards future. So do be afraid when you face difficulties, just do it with courage .

Social progress and moral Decline

Different moralities and values collide amid China’s economic and social transformation, creating a complex situation. People here feel anxious or hopeful.

Admittedly, moral decline has occurred in some areas, which give people a wake not to only focus on developing economy，or the society will be cold.

So there are some questions that why have bad things happened frequently in a society? Why is the society worried about a moral decline? China’s rapid economic development in recent years has helped break the restrictions imposed by the traditional morality. While pursuing personal wealth, many people have become too selfish to uphold even basic moral principles such as helping people in need and returning money that does not belong to them.

Strengthening morality construction is essential to effective implementation of the scientific outlook on development, in other words, social progress .Social progress require both economic growth and high social morality. The higher social morality is, the happier people will be and the society is developing faster then.

Qualified College Graduates Hello ,everyone ! My name is Zhou Kang yiIt’s a great honor to deliver a speech here. The topic of my speech is “How to be a qualified college student”.

So what are the standards of a qualified college student? Present Employment in China

Actually，we learn that employment has a vital bearing on people's livelihoods. It is basic for people to improve their living standards. China has a population of nearly 1.3 billion. It is believed that to solve the employment issue in China is a difficult and time-consuming task.

Nowadays ,China pay much attention on the employment of young people. Every year millions of new workforce arises, making young people's employment an problem. And loose administration of college make students fall into bad habitat. They do not wanna learn something useful instead of playing something unuseful. To solve the employment problem of graduates with higher learning, the government has taken measures to promote their employment. These mainly include: to organize jobs for improving the young’s abilities in practice and enhance their adaptability to future jobs to encourage graduates to go and work in areas with tough conditions to strengthen urban communities and rural townships; to urge small enterprises and private enterprises to hire graduates; to encourage graduates to start their own businesses.

China should take some more measures. Firstly，the policy should focus more on moderate growth. Secondly, China focus more on private and foreign investment enterprises. What’s more， policy should be more active.

Importance of Mutual Understanding

It is society that is consist of humans and do not develop fast without people getting along well with each other. One of most important points is mutual undersatanding which is vital to us in social life. If we master understanding mutually , we humans will live a happy life.

Firstly, mutual understanding can help us win the public praise. If we are used to thinking for others even your enemy , they will remember you and are impressed by your performance. Because they will think you are a good man forwardly.

Secondly, mutual understanding can help us Improve our self-cultivation and world view. Mutual understanding，in other words , is thinking in others’ standpoint and can help you keep calm whatever you will face. Then you will work out a better solution to overcome it. Generation Born After 1980s

China's first "one-child" generation, born since the early 1980s, have benefited greatly from China's rapiddevelopment to achieve things their parents could only dream of. Growing up in a radically different environment to their parents, most hold very different views on life, career and relationships.

They are very open to new ideas, desperate and bold and apparently hardworking but not exactly sure what for. They would not hesitate to pay the price for being 'romantic', they can accept the idea of enjoy now, pay later. This generation has no idea of okay great minds think alike because they lived with overprotective parents and didn't know the hardships of life. In addition, this generation is weaker in the practical skills, has less sense of responsibility and is lazier to have difficulty understanding others.

People of the "Post-80 generation" are no longer young kids now. They have left school and found their places in different fields. They complain about the imbalance between effort and reward at work and some hope to improve it by changing jobs frequently, most of times not because of the job itself, but bad relationships with colleagues. Anyway ,they are the backbone of the country in the next years, but they are under great social pressure,and they need more positive assessment and encouragement

1、 What is difference between post-80 generation and post -90 generation?

I think they have a lot in common. They all open to the new things and have their own personalities. On the contrary, post-80 generation are more responsible than post -90 generation who are more selfish . But they are the backbone in our country because young people can make some differencese.

2、 What character do you think can make this generation succeed? ?

They are energetic, creative and have their own idea. Along with the growth of the age, they have become more responsible and understood others well. For example, Han han is one of their representatives. when he is young, he is bad boy which teacher and parents don’t like him. But now ,he is a father who realizes what is the responsibility and how to teach his baby girl well.

Recently,it is not difficult to find out temperature are getting warmer than it was . And especially in northen part of our country,sand storm is a more increasing problem.Global warming and environmental pollution is threatening humans’ life.

As to this topic, I think that at the moment man has a bad relationship with the

environment. With the development of standard of living, people will buy private car so that the air pollution become worse. As to the sand storm, it is attributed to forest-tree’s over felling .There is a worldwide use of earth resources which is unsustainable because of the damage caused by pollution and the fact that the resources will run out one day. The resource use is driven by consumers who have a want or need for goods, services, fuel, electricity,and so on.

Put simply if we don't look after earth, it might not look after us, especially in the future. Now the problem is getting worse and if we human do not foucus on solving it instead of ignoring it ,the end of the world must be coming.So to make man has a harmonious

relationship with environment, people should force themselves to realize the importance of protecting environment, then do something useful for it .And our quality of life could be better - imagine a city with almost zero pollution.

As we all know, with the development of China, education in China today has not been developing fast and well.

China has adopted a nine-year compulsory system,which means all children are required to attend school for at least nine years. Most children start school at the age of five.
