在看跳水比赛时,常常会听到解说员说107B,5253B等等,这些数字就说明了运动员跳水的动作,但是我不太清楚怎么去翻译这些数字,帮帮我吧!
跳水动作的代号
跳水的难度系数当然是人定的,一个动作的难度系数是不会变的,不像体操,由于向更难的方向发展而降低了原有动作的难度系数,而跳水一个动作难度越大,难度系数越高.
下面向你解释一下跳水动作首位数字代号的含义
1向前 2向后 3反身 4向内 5转体 6臂力动作（倒立）
B表示屈体 C表示抱膝
比如说107B,就是向前翻腾3周半屈体,107C,就是向前翻腾3周半抱膝（第三位数字表示翻腾的周数,7表示翻3周半）
5253B,就是向后翻腾两周半转体一周半屈体（5,转体 2向后 5翻两周半 3转一周半）
626C,臂力向后翻腾3周抱膝（6,臂力 2,向后 6,翻三周）
其余的以此类推就可以了.
要想把所有的动作搞清楚,必需多看比赛.
关于难度是这样的,一般来说,同一类型的动作屈体难度大于抱膝,比如107B的难度就比107C大,因为屈体的翻转半径较大.
同一类型的动作,方向决定难度.一般来说反身难度最大,其次是向后,向内,向前.比如说307C要难于207C,207B要难于407B.当然其中也有例外的.
相同的动作,在跳台上做的难度要低于跳板上做.比如405B,跳台上做难度为2.8,在跳板上做难度就变成了3.0.
现在跳水运动员能完成的动作最高难度系数为3.8,还没看到有人能完成比这更难的.这个5255B的动作全世界也就6、7个人能做好,其中包括中国的胡佳.
要想弄清每个动作的难度系数,你自己多看比赛录相.
以上是最基本的,
简单点说,就是：
第一个数字代表起跳方向：1 代表向前翻腾 2 代表向后翻腾
3 代表翻身翻腾 4 代表向内翻腾 5 代表转体
第二,三个数字代表翻腾的圆周角度,1表示180度既半周,2表示360度即一周.
后面的字母代表空中身体姿势,B 表示屈体 C 表示抱膝.
