一 : 碰到自杀保持联系是最有效的第一步

案件回顾：2014年11月30日上午8点20分，一名叫曾鹏宇，年仅19岁的少年将一盆即将点燃的钢炭发到微博，并留下一句“对不起大家，我真的要死了”，随即引来数万条评论和转发。在网友的关注中，少年也开始了“微博直播自杀”。

上午12点34分，小曾写下了他人生最后两条微博：“到了最后一刻你却拉黑了我。”最终，这位正值花季的少年以烧炭的方式结束了他的生命。

整个直播一共经历了4个小时，网络上围观人群迅速聚集，一些人劝慰、报警，但是更有一些人嘲笑、不屑，以为这是一场精心策划的炒作，纷纷在微博下面留下“快点死”等类似的言语。遗憾发生之后，不少网友表示，“如果当初没有那么多恶意留言，是否就能挽回这条年轻的生命呢？”若是你，你会选择怎么做？当然，在现今这个高压的社会，除了网络之外，我们在现实生活中也经常碰见各种跳楼、跳桥等自杀案件。当我们直面轻生者时，我们能做什么？为此，家庭医生在线采访了广东省人民医院精神心理科主任医师林勇强。

保持联系是挽救轻生者最有效的第一步

“当碰到自杀事件时，第一步应当与轻生者保持联系，这是最主要、最有效的方法。”林勇强主任表示，我们应充当朋友的角色，从关爱的角度，通过聊天的方式，如了解对方选择轻生的原因、生活中遇到的困难，以及此刻的感受；再通过一些鼓励性的话语，给轻生者灌输正能量，引导他往正面方向发展。

“在与轻生者保持联系的同时，迅速让其他人联系警察、救援机构、心理危机干预热线等，寻求专业帮助。若在网上碰到自杀事件，应在取得联系后，尽快获得轻生者目前所在位置，并通知相关人员前去救援。”林勇强主任说，或许你无法从根本扭转他的思维，但如果每一个人都有伸出援手的意识，与自杀者保持联系和沟通，至少可以延缓他自杀的行动，为警察、谈判专家等专业人士争取救援时间。

从根本改变思维方式才能预防再次自杀

“自杀是一种由思想引导的行为。因此，轻生者被成功救下后，并不代表他想自杀的念头完全消失，只要受到某些事件的刺激，他极有可能再次自杀。”轻生者有一个共同点——对外界有一套自己的看法和思维方式，且只要遇到挫折，他们极容易产生负面、偏激的想法。“例如：平常人遭遇失恋，可能大哭一场，发泄一下就过去了，但他们可能会觉得：自己的人生一片黑暗，整个世界都完蛋了，从而选择极端的处理方法。”林勇强主任详细解说。

“因此，想要彻底消除轻生者的自杀念头，还需通过专业的心理治疗、心理疏导等，改变他们的思维方式。其中，认知行为治疗就是比较有效的心理治疗方法。”林勇强主任说，通过认知治疗，让他们了解每件事情都有多面性——塞翁失马焉知非福，好比失恋，或许是为了遇到更好的人；其次，让他们明白遭遇挫折并不是天大难事，生活中几乎所有人都不可能一帆风顺，总会遇到各式各样的难题——学习成绩不好、工作业绩不达标等等。因此，无需把困难、挫折放大化。“当他们有了这样的意识，同时学会改变自己的思维方式时，才能真正减少和避免再次自杀的念头。”
