三 : 玻璃胶枪价格及型号介绍

玻璃胶枪目前在市面上有三种，包括手动胶枪、气动胶枪和电动胶枪。首先气压胶枪也就是气动胶枪需要利用空压机的压力将胶压出来再使用，而另外一种是专门用来打聚氨酯玻璃胶的，属于全封闭式的胶枪，市面上比较常见的是半封闭的胶枪。

玻璃胶枪的使用和操作方法：首先我们需要用大拇指压住后面的扣环，然后往后拉带弯勾的钢丝并且记住要尽量拉到位，然后先放玻璃胶头部--带嘴那头，使前面露出胶嘴的部分最后再将整支胶塞进去并且放松大拇指，进行挤压就可以了。

☆玻璃胶枪的维护方法
一、基材的表面清洁。
◆进行表面处理的原因是为了清除基材表面在运输和生产过程中沾上的油污，灰尘，表面损伤以及疏松的自然氧化膜,使基材表面能偶粗化并且形成适合于机构嵌合作用的表面形态同时改进表面化学性能，提高耐久性。
◆清洁基材表面要用双布擦拭，首先用溶剂浸润干净，在溶剂没有挥发之前顺着一个方向擦拭基材的表面，然后马上用第二块干燥且洁净的布块把基材表面上的溶剂擦去，清洁溶剂通常包括异丙醇，二甲苯和甲乙酮，清洁所用布应该为白色的洁净柔软且不脱毛的棉布。
◆每次在清洗一小时内完成粘结密封的施工部分，不能够将清洁完成的基材表面暴露在空气中过长并且不要将抹布放入溶剂里面进行浸润，否则干净的溶剂将被污染从而影响清洁的效果。

二、打注。
首先用塑料胶带遮住接口的附近表面以确保密封的工作线条完美且整齐，然后切开胶管的管口并装上尖嘴管，再根据填缝尺寸将其按照45度的角切开，最后装上压胶枪，保持45度角并且沿缝隙压出胶料以保证胶料与基材的表面能够保持紧密的接触，当接缝的宽度大于十五毫米的时候，则需要多次反复的进行涂胶。
