近日，我参加了西安市某大学举办的毕业生供需招聘会，为我院招聘教师。［www.61k.com)大部分前来应聘的大学生都表现出综合素质较好，能力较强，学习成绩较好等令人满意的特点，但也有部分毕业生的表现不尽如人意，希望引起在校大学生们的注意。
多进教室，少去网吧
在招聘会的前一天下午3点左右，为了对西安市各大学有更多的了解，我和另一名老师来到某大学校门右侧的一家网吧上网查资料。走进网吧一看，里面生意兴隆，一派“繁华”景象，上网居然还要排队!在排队的时间里，我们发现在网吧的一二层大厅里，上网的95%以上都是大学生，90%以上都在玩游戏、聊天或是听音乐，能够利用校外网络资源查找资料，进行学习的人很少。第二天，在前来面试的学生中，有一名同学到我校工作的决心很大，当我们问他一些基本知识时，他要么就说学校没开这门课程，要么就说已经忘记了。当我们问他昨天下午3点左右在什么地方，都做了些什么时，他感到有些摸不着头脑。其实，当时他也在那家网吧玩游戏，因为他的游戏玩得特别娴熟，给我们留下了较深刻的印象。面试的结果，我不用说大家也能知道，那就是落聘。
在网络快速发展的今天，大学生们偶尔去一下网吧，玩玩游戏，聊聊天，或是听听音乐，也算是一种放松，但我强调的只是“偶尔”。知识就是力量，人才资源是第一资源，好好学习是大学生们最根本也是最重要的使命，大家应该充分利用包括网络资源在内的各种有利资源，多学习科学文化知识，多学习做人与处世的道理。
多一些实在，少一点粉饰
临近毕业，有一些专业的毕业生很紧俏，市场需求量较大，如物流管理专业本科毕业生的就业形势可以说是一片大好，然而也有些专业的毕业生因各种原因的影响，导致近期就业相对较难。在这种情况下，市场需求量较少的毕业生为了找工作，便拿出“浑身解数”，纷纷向市场需求量较大的专业“转靠”。例如，我院需要物流管理专业的本科毕业生，就有一位“信息管理与信息系统”专业的学生前来应聘，并且一再向我们说明信息管理与物流管理是相近专业，而且她在学校也自修了物流管理专业，并在其毕业生推荐表上还列出了十几门之多的物流管理专业的课程。由于我对物流也略知一二，便问她：“请问第三方物流的英文简称是什么？”而她却一个字都没有说出来。
大学生为了就业，适当地拓展自己的专业，本是正常的举措，但这种拓展与“转靠”一定要以掌握知识、理论与技能作基础，否则，只会是适得其反。所以，我认为在校大学生在学习专业知识，拓展专业面的时候，要多一些实在，少一些粉饰。
多一些守时，少一点理由
在应聘的毕业生当中，还有一位同学各方面条件都很好，也符合我院的要求，对方对我院也表现出了浓厚的兴趣。在这种情况下，我们叫他晚上7点30分作进一步的详谈，并留下了我们住址和电话。晚上到点还不见人影，开始以为他改变了主意。大约晚上9点左右，他打来电话说由于晚上要参加期末考试，所以不能来。我们让他第二天早晨8点钟再来，对方表示同意。第二天早晨仍不见其人，8点45分，他再一次打来电话，表示正准备出发，要我们多等一会儿。我在电话里直接对他说，我们已确定人选了，请他到别的单位看看。后来，这位学生还不断给我们打来电话或发来短信，希望能再给他一次机会。
人无信则不立，在日益重视诚信的今天，大学生更应该“一诺千金”，千万不能错误地认为不守时不是什么大问题，并为此找各种理由开脱。大学生啊，请记住德国哲学家康德的名言“守时就是最大的礼貌”。
